Ingredients:

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large carrots, diced
  • 1 cup peas (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup corn (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (use your favorite recipe)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground lamb over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and diced carrots to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
