  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar or coconut sugar Coconut sugar adds a caramel note
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff For fluffy topping
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) Can substitute with crispy rice cereal
  • ½ cup chocolate chips Dark chocolate chips can enhance flavor

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.

Mixing Dry Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cocoa powder, flour, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well.
