Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sauté the Chicken

  • Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Add Garlic

  • Remove the chicken and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Make the Creamy Sauce

  • Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Add basil pesto and stir until fully incorporated.

Combine Chicken and Sauce

  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Add Spinach

  • Add fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.

Finish and Serve
