Breading

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Enhances flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning Classic seafood seasoning

Fresh herbs

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Mix until well combined, but avoid overmixing.

Shaping

  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Adjust size as desired.

Baking

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the crab bombs on it, leaving space between each. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Serving

  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
