Blend the Lotus Seeds:

  • Place the lotus seeds in your blender with 1 cup of the filtered water.
  • Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

Add Flavorings:

  • Add the raw honey, fresh ginger, and lemon juice to the blended seeds.
  • Blend briefly again to incorporate the flavors evenly.

Adjust Consistency:

  • Transfer the mixture to a pitcher.
  • Stir in the remaining 1 cup of water to reach your desired thickness.

Rest and Serve:

  • Let the drink sit for a few minutes so the flavors can meld.
