Vegetables
- 1 cup Bell pepper Diced (red, yellow, or green).
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved.
- 1/2 cup Olives Black or green, sliced.
Dressing
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing Store-bought or homemade.
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
- 1 clove Garlic Minced.
Herbs and Cheese
- 1/4 cup Feta or mozzarella cheese Optional for creaminess.
- 1 tablespoon Fresh basil or parsley For garnish.
Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Chop the bell pepper, halve the cherry tomatoes, and slice the olives. Add any additional veggies as desired.
